Model Transformation: The "Curly-Sue"

I quite like this particular transformation – there I am, all prim and proper with my hair all curled up in little neat pins, and then WHAM! Full-on Curly-Sue. It’s enough to give a girl a heart attack.

    This was a while ago, but… it looks amazing. Could you possibly give a short rundown of products/procedure/other stuff necessary for that kind of curls to erupt on a previously semi-straight haired head? :)
