Model Bikini Blitz: The 3 Day Detox Diary, Day 1.

Hurrah, one day down! Tomorrow’s food just got delivered by the man – it was all very exciting, having absolutely no control over what I was going to eat the next day! Highs and lows? The low point was lunch, see photo, which – although really quite tasty – was still just liquid. I really wanted some bread to soak it up! The high point was realising that this bread craving was all in my mind – my brain has been trained to want certain foods at certain times, and this clever little detox is hopefully going to retrain it.
