Hurrah, one day down! Tomorrow’s food just got delivered by the man – it was all very exciting, having absolutely no control over what I was going to eat the next day! Highs and lows? The low point was lunch, see photo, which – although really quite tasty – was still just liquid. I really wanted some bread to soak it up! The high point was realising that this bread craving was all in my mind – my brain has been trained to want certain foods at certain times, and this clever little detox is hopefully going to retrain it. More updates tomorrow, but for now, here’s the Day 1 Video Diary…
