Creating a flawless skin with Cover FX

Here’s a funky little video that I made when I was experimenting with my Cover FX products. Apologies in advance for the terrible music, Youtube wouldn’t let me use my first choice and so I swapped it for the best thing I could find. In the video I create a nice flawless base with a hint of fresh colour on my cheeks, using only Cover FX products. Although these products are on the expensive side (prices appear throughout the video, so have your jotters at the ready!) and, let’s face it, slightly uninspiring packaging-wise, they are very functional and good at their job; priming and concealing.

If you need to conceal extensively, and on a regular basis, taking a trip to the Cover FX counter is a very good idea. They will colour match your products (there are literally hundreds of different combinations) so that you get an exact fit. For women who lack confidence because of skin problems or scarring, this is invaluable help, I would imagine. The staff at the counter in House of Fraser Oxford Street were extremely knowledgeable and matter-of-fact and will show you exactly how to apply each product that they recommend.

  1. I started watching your videos on youtube… and I am hooked! You are hilarious and gorgeous… and your videos always puts me into good mood. Your skincare and tinted moisturizer recommendations are very useful! I have been trying out different foundations, but I find them really too much for my skin, I am definitely going to purchase some tinted moisturizers next time, maybe the chanel hydramax. Thank you!! xx from NY

  2. Thank you! x

  3. I have to say that aside from being gorgeous and funny, you edit your videos really well! I am addicted to your site and have bought a couple of products that you recommended (Benefit You Rebel Lite and a Shu Umemura brush) and I’m really happy with them. :D

Of the products shown above, if you had to buy one, which would it be?

    xx

    • Probably the primer – it’s amazing if you are blemish-prone! Makeup wise, I’d say the tint. The concealer is VERY heavy-duty and amazing, but works a bit TOO well if you’re not careful, ie, you can end up looking over-concealed! xx
