Dr Organic

I have only very recently stumbled across Dr Organic and his (his? her?) vast range of lovely products. As I tend to do when I discover something new, I have tried about a dozen products from across the range in the space of a few weeks and I have loved them all. Effective, natural, gentle and well-priced, the range is so huge that there is a product for every person and for every type of complaint. Leg veins? Dry lips? Itchy scalp? Sensitive armpits? I seriously cannot think of much (beauty-wise) that Dr Organic doesn’t have covered. Particular faves so far include the massive tubes of body lotion that come in loads of different versions; the Manuka Honey lotion absorbs quickly and isn’t greasy, but leaves your skin feeling totally smooth and hydrated. At £5.99 for a big tube, you really feel as though you can slather this on! Look out for individual reviews coming up – and if you’re passing a Holland and Barret, pop in and have a look!

I’ve heard verrry good things about Manuka Honey. Thank you for introducing me to this product (you have a knack for writing, too, from what I’ve seen on your blog! Normally, I’d just say something along the lines of “well, it smells nice…and it feels nice…so yeah, I like it…” but you write so eloquently and give such good descriptions of the products. Sorry, I’m an English major, so I notice things like that! :P

Have you tried products from Honey Mark?

I look at this range every time I’m in H&B but haven’t indulged…yet! I was looking for a new body lotion to try so this might have to be next on the list, especially if it’s as you say and absorbs quickly – I can’t stand lotions that you can still feel on the skin, especially when you need to put on clothes!x

I love this range and like you, when I discover something new, I go a bit overboard on the purchasing. Mind you, they have a special in Holland and Barrett at the moment ‘buy one, get one half price’, so thought I would take advantage. I have loved everything so far, but the Manuka Honey Rescue Cream and the Olive Oil range are my favourites.

Love love love your blogs by the way, although you are costing me a fortune as I want to buy everything you recommend :-) x
