December Beauty Round-Up
Well. Here we are, on the very last day of 2010. Are we all doing lovely, exciting things tonight? I am off to a dinner party and I’m taking the cheese course. I popped to La Fromagerie in Marylebone yesterday to pick some up and came away with my own bodyweight in Gouda, as well as a huge chunk of soft, oozy blue cheese, a very sharp cheddar and a gorgeous mild goat’s cheese. It’s all sat in my fridge, stinking it out, alongside some champagne and prosecco. All I need to do is remember the cheese and the booze! I’ll let you know whether or not I succeed.
(In case you’re wondering, by the way, the photo above is a still from the video you are about to see – it’s me demonstrating just how thick and unctuous Chanel’s Active Nutrition Cream is. Just look at the concentration on my face! It’s anxiety, actually, if truth be known; I was very worried that the entire contents of the jar might come flying out and land on the carpet.)
This is (obviously!) the last Beauty Round-Up for 2010 – I was also going to do my ‘top 2010 products’ as a video, but life got in the way. Doing the Christmas Gift Guides totally did me in, if I’m honest, and I had to have a week without filming so that I could rekindle my creative genius.
Get cosy, get comfy and enjoy the show – tickets, as usual, are free and you’re always guaranteed a front-row seat! The ‘Shopping List’ is below the video screen so no need for pens and notebooks – just sit back and relax!

I’m very happy you found it too!
Hi Ruth,
I’ve been meaning to recommended something to you! (but keep forgetting to actually do it!) I think you’d like ‘Sanctuary Spa Professional Micro-Dermabrasion Body Renewal crème’. It leaves your skin really smooth ‘ultra-refined, rejuvenated and radiantly smooth.’ And it smells orangey!
Oooh! Thanks so much, I’ll give it a try! xx
