Gifts for Men

Phew. The last gift guide. They have utterly exhausted me! Or I am just exhausted anyway – who knows? The men’s is the shortest because I always find it really difficult to buy for men – most of them don’t really seem that bothered what they get half the time! On the other hand, Mr AMR is a fernickety person to buy gifts for – he gives no guidance and expects miracles. Add to that the fact that whenever he wants or needs something, he just goes out and buys it, and you have an almost impossible situation!

  1. “Mr AMR is a fernickety person to buy gifts for – he gives no guidance and expects miracles. Add to that the fact that whenever he wants or needs something, he just goes out and buys it” – Nail. On. Head. Every bloody year I have to be psychic when it comes to my Husband’s gift, as well as a miracle worker!

  2. Ha! Mr AMR sounds all too familiar. The family requires my mr. to make a wish list now. Although lists are helpful I despise them because there’s no surprise for him in the end. To make matters worse his birthday is dec 2! Ugh. These are some brilliant ideas you’ve put together. Thanks! ;)

  3. The bed of nails became the xmas gift of the year in Sweden year 2009! I think one nail bed got sold of every 10 Swede or something crazy like that. The company that sold the nail beds were sued in the end. They could not prove advertising claims on the bed of nails could help against diseases.

  4. Thinking of you and little Ted. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!Be strong Ruth. xxx
