There’s a new way of following A Model Recommends and it’s the best one yet!

A Model Recommends: Exclusive will give followers access to exclusive offers, giveaways and a quarterly newsletter packed full of special posts and bonus features. If you love coming to the site but just want more then this is for you!

I’m so excited about this – it’s the perfect way to build the community that’s already growing so fast at A Model Recommends.  Now that Google Friend Connect has been discontinued and The Forum closed for security reasons, it’s getting increasingly difficult to distinguish real readers from those who just drop in to enter competitions. A Model Recommends: Exclusive will ensure that only true readers and followers get to enter competitions, but it also allows me to send you something special every season.

A Model Recommends: Exclusive is absolutely free to join – all you need to do is pop your email address into the sign-up form below!

The first newsletter will go out in a month or so and I’d appreciate your feedback if there’s anything specific you’d like to see, content-wise. Perhaps it’s the book recommendations that some of you were asking for, or maybe you’d like to know more about what happens at a modelling shoot. You tell me – I want this to be something that you’ll really look forward to.

By the way – this is not in any way related to the Daily Fix – that’s an email that many of you receive every morning with the posts that have published that day. If you’re a Daily Fixer, you can (and should!) still sign up to be on the Exclusive list!

As you can probably tell, I’m pretty excited about this. I may harp on about it for quite some time.

Recommended books would be great (says the bookworm/bookoholic) – just started my first C. Sanson book, thank you very much. Diet, in terms of what’s good for us and yet we won’t die of boredom. Recipe ideas. Upcoming trends in fashion (for all ages). I’m sure I’ll think of more…no, that’s not a threat! ;) How very exciting, for you, as well as for us.

      What book is that?

I just started the first of the “Matthew Shardlake Mysteries,” which Ruth recommended at some point…I believe her mum recommended them to her and she liked them.

Signed up! Fab idea can’t wait for first edition :-) xx
I like the idea of a book recommendation, maybe a beauty problem solvers section, tackle a different beauty dilemma every issue, maybe reader suggested? Say dry skin or foot care for summer etc. :-) mr bear snippets of course xxxx

I can’t wait! I just discovered your site and I’m addicted to it. I’d love to read your take on antioxidant serums. Do they really work etc? I’ve also just started with alpha h (thank you Ruth). My very sensitive skin has reacted wonderfully to it, but I’m wondering if using alpha h plus an antioxidant serum might be overkill.

I like this yeah I’m cool I’m in an èlite thing!!
I’d like to have an email not so frequently because I never check my email and I don’t need to get an email everyday to read your blog as I’d do anyway (I’m a stalker)

I’d love to read about food/diet/fitness and model career

I would love to hear about what you do to keep your skin in such incredible shape, not only in skincare, but also with your diet and fitness. I would love that! Thanks

I just suscribed, but I gave my real name, I didn’t know if I should have put “ziloa” instead (as I usually comment under this “name” here :) )

I did this several days ago, on that very same website. Do you think it’s valid or should I do it again?
My e-mail is this one I use to post the comments, ( not published but I guess that as the administrator of the website you can see it).

How could I NOT sign up to this I have been nattering away on your site and making you and others fall asleep with my long replies on your items for ages! LMAO! (Must admit not written much recently due to excessive work etc but I still read your items everyday on my I-Phone and write something quite often but not as much when my brain allows me to remember when i’ve got home! Lol) Thanks sooooo much Ruth for this link and also for all you have done over the years (although I should be grabbing you by the neck because of all the money i’ve spent because of all the lovely things you have shown me and made me love! Lol) xxx

    Hi Ruth!

I know you do these seasonal types of posts anyway, but perhaps each quarterly newsletter could include several fashion looks and beauty looks that you find to be appropriate for whatever season is upcoming (with links to products used in the photos). Also, perhaps you could give subscribers exclusive sneak peeks at product launches that you’ve been let in on early (or tell us what upcoming launches you’re most looking forward to). It’s nice to be able to look forward to a future purchase without worrying about the immediate expense!

I love my Daily Fix so an extra newsletter sounds like a great idea. I’d like more info about the amazing destinations you go to on holiday and with work.
