Yes, I know ‘feets’ is not grammatically correct, I just liked the rhyme going on!
Treats for Hands and Feets. Possibly a slightly odd category for the Gift Guide, but I think it’s a good one. There are millions of women out there obsessed with their hands -or more specifically, nails – so you may as well gift them something that they’ll actually use! (The Bliss Gloves are brilliant, by the way, if you suffer from chronically dry and cracked hands. It kind of feels a little perverted to wear them to bed, but hey. It’s not as perverted as wearing one of those rubber inflatable suits!)
There will be more nail polishes included in the Festive Makeup Video (probably) but, as usual, I have left everything a little too late, so don’t count on it. I think that the Ciaté set is pretty fine and it’s easy to spot the sparkly polishes when you’re trawling the shelves. Just in case you need extra guidance, here are a couple that I have found to be very gift-appropriate and festive:
1) Orly Mini Manis in ‘Luxe’ and ‘Haute Red’. Totally Christmassy. They should be a fiver each, but CheapSmells (God bless ’em!) sell them for £3.95: CheapSmells.com
2) Revlon’s ‘All Fired Up’ – £6.49 from Boots.com – this is a proper, proper red. Don’t be tempted by ‘Cherries in the Snow’ – despite the seasonal name, it’s pinkier, and I don’t think it’s nearly so Christmassy!
Right, on to the video! All of the product links are beneath the little screen, as always!
