Here’s the problem: you don’t want to spend an inordinate amount of money, but you need a gift that seems thoughtful, looks stylish and will surprise and delight the recipient.
I saw your EXCELLENT idea in last years post and cannot recommend it enough! I started in January, buying a book a month to spread the cost (in indie bookstores). So easy to wrap. Will be doing the same next year. Thank you!!!
My ‘list’ of the year, I appreciate the focus on the matching of the chocolate and book graphics as well. I veered away from doing it this year and now instantly regret it. I won’t make the same mistake next year (but I probably will use this list albeit 11 months old)
My favorite post of the year! This idea could also be extended to children books (although we should probably come up with a choc replacement...).
Fabulous. My first time reading the list this year, and it’s got the best gifting combos.
My favorite post every year!

I always look forward to your Christmas bookchoc posts and I’m so happy that it has been extended to a bookchocsoap post this year ❤️
Bookchocsoap might evolve into bookchocsoapteatowel next year, you never know! Or does it weaken the brand?….

There are always gifts to self 🤣❤️
I’ve used your lists every year to supply me with a reading list - there have been some absolute BANGERS.
