September is here and everyone has gone hibernation crazy, straight from heatwaves into knitted hot water bottle covers and paper leaf-garlands and bloody pumpkins.
Now I need to know more about the rechargeable table lamp search because I’ve been looking for one and they are either too expensive or too dark or just horrible!
I read “look what you made me do” on your recommendation! It was a great read and even better for the price (99p)! My Mum got a copy from the library at the same time so we delighted in the awful characters together in our regular phone calls. Predicted one twist but not all. God, the Mum in it was so awful! So well written!
I loved Widow’s Bay too…I’m assuming the slightly unsatisfying ending is due to the fact that it’s already been renewed for another season. Hope we don’t have to wait too long for that…

YES I thought that too. It was as though they suddenly changed direction.
Totally agree about stripe and state, especially the lace ones, I have to stop myself stocking up when there’s a sale on!
Who knew that the lace would turn out to be such a winner?
