A lengthy squat sounds horrific but I can confirm doing weights/resistance training is very helpful. I couldn’t reach beyond my knees before starting and can now touch my toes! General pains much reduced! I have a butt finally! Many benefits! Would recommend if possible finding a PT you can have a good laugh with, it really helps to maintain the motivation to go.

I used to love doing weights classes when I lived in London, just sort of forgot one week and then that was that!
