Just a quick one – I quite like this mascara. I got given a few ‘budget’ mascaras on a beauty shoot recently and I have been working my way through them. Most have ended up in the dreaded ‘Sin Bin’, but this particular one from Prestige Cosmetics has made the cut.
It’s supposed to be a ‘false lash ‘ effect, pro lengthening mascara, and after two hurriedly-applied coats I did have quite thick, long lashes. Impressive! So many mascaras that I’ve tried recently have felt really dried-out, even on the very first use after opening, but this one isn’t at all. It applies really easily and smoothly, doesn’t clump the lashes and dries quite fast. It’s doesn’t have a huge fat brush, which suits me just fine, as I find some of the larger brushes to be a bit cumbersome.
Whilst writing this I have been piling on coat after coat of this mascara, just to take it to the extreme, and it’s very buildable indeed. My lashes don’t look ridiculously false or Bambi-like, but they look jet black, thick and luscious, and they haven’t clumped once!
