Majestic Roses, Powdery Boudoirs and Heady Jasmines!

ysl majestic rose, annick goutal rose,

Some lovely summer scents for you, though we are now heading on into the autumn. Or will I be strung up for saying that? I’m just being realistic. We’ve had the best summer for years, and this is Britain, so something bad is bound to happen to the weather soon. Just saying. Anyway: fragrances. I have some new, permanent additions to my favourites and they are as follows: Lancome’s La Vie Est Belle Legere, worn almost compulsively for the past fortnight, find the full review here; YSL’s Majestic Rose, (here), which is simply divine; Jo Malone’s Saffron Cologne Intense. I also have some new discoveries for lovers of heady Jasmines and powdery, boudoir-ey parfums. To see what they are, you have to watch the vid! (Or – spoiler alert – just look at the info list below.)

fragrance review

One thing that I totally forgot to mention in my video: the Rock perfume from Le Soft. Forgot to mention it because the stick of sexy fragrance was tucked into my makeup bag – what an oversight! This is one of my best finds this year – a super-sultry scent that lingers about all day, melting into your skin and making you completely irresistible to the opposite sex. Probably. You can read my full post on this little fragrance stick here;  Cult Beauty are offering free shipping on all Le Soft fragrances for the rest of the month, the code is LESOFT. You can redeem it at the checkout here.
