The Christmas Gift Guide: Volume 6

The penultimate Gift Guide, Volume 6, takes a look at some of the festive cosmetics available this Christmas. Some items are limited edition, some are available all year round, but all of them (for me at least!) have something about them that makes them ideal for giving as a gift. If the product doesn’t come already gift-wrapped, it’s so easy to wrap cosmetics and make them look pretty! A nice way to wrap a ‘wand’ type cosmetic would be to wrap it in pretty tissue paper and then pop it into one of those empty crackers you can buy, but if it’s a palette or compact, you can wrap in the usual way and add a pretty ribbon bow. Because each package will be relatively small you can afford to go a little more luxurious with the paper and adornments.

With the snow playing havoc with online ordering (virtually nobody is now offering pre-Christmas delivery) it may be that remaining presents have to be bought at department stores and Boots. If you’re heading into town to the high-street, try and take a look at Gift Guide 7, which publishes tomorrow. The video is actually already up and running on YouTube, due to a ridiculous scheduling error! As always, the Shopping List is below the video. Enjoy!
