I have become slightly obsessed with this eyeshadow palette; the shadows are all so smooth that they almost seem creamy! And such a gorgeous range of nude shades – all brightening and lightening and brilliantly convenient for when you just want a quick sweep of something to cover up red, tired or unsightly lids. You can really create a vast range of looks and effects with these shades – the subtle variations in tone and depth mean that you can easily knock out quite a sophisticated ‘contoured’ eye. The metallic shades are wonderful – not too glittery – and the darker shades are perfect for lining and defining.
I can’t think of anything bad to say about this Shade Wardrobe – it may have cutesy styling (which I love, incidentally) but it really knows what it’s about. The best thing is that each shade only costs £1! Keep a look out for this palette in a video coming up soon – there’s a little surprise that I’ve been keeping under wraps, and it involves the big G word. No, not Gonads.
The Pixi Nude Shade Wardrobe is £18 from Boots.com.
